Chethan Puvannaa is a Co-founder and driving force behind Ekaya Spaces LLP, with a hands-on role across design, development, and business strategy. With a strong passion for architecture and design, he is closely involved in shaping the vision and character of every project.

A key strength of Chethan's work is his ability to build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, creating development partnerships that are aligned with the interests of all stakeholders. He specialises in identifying joint-venture opportunities, structuring projects, and working closely on the financial and commercial aspects to ensure that each development is both thoughtfully designed and commercially viable.

At Ekaya Spaces, Chethan brings together design, numbers, relationships, and execution, helping transform well-located properties into distinctive, high-quality developments.

Surbhi Sharma

Co-founder/Partner

Surbhi Sharma is a Co-founder at Ekaya Spaces LLP, where she oversees financials and cost control. Her professional journey spans entrepreneurship, technology consulting, and international business collaboration, with a particular focus on building bridges between Indian and European businesses.

A key strength of Surbhi's work is her ability to bring businesses together across borders, from founding a technology consulting firm focused on the internationalization goals of Indian and European companies.

For her extensive work with the Government of Spain, she was appointed Honorary Consul of Spain in Karnataka and awarded the Knight's Cross's order (Cruz) - Al Merito Civil.

Surbhi holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Bangalore University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science.

At Ekaya Spaces, Surbhi brings together financial discipline, cost control, and a global perspective on partnerships, helping ensure that every development is as commercially sound as it is well-connected.
